Job Overview
Overseeing the restaurant's daily operations to ensure exceptional food quality, outstanding service, customer satisfaction, and a seamless workflow. Managing staff, inventory, and budgets while fostering a welcoming and efficient environment.
Primary Duties:
- Overseeing the restaurant's operations to ensure excellent service and food standards.
- Managing, training, and scheduling restaurant personnel effectively.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating timely supply orders.
- Addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Working closely with the kitchen team on menu development and special promotions.
- Enforcing compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management with strong leadership capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory control, and food safety standards.
