They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aesthetics industry, excellent strategic thinking, and a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote clinic services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Managing digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email marketing, social media presence, and online advertising.
  • Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Collaborating with the clinic team to coordinate events, workshops, and promotional activities to attract new clients.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics and reporting tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers in the aesthetics industry.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor initiatives, and consumer preferences to inform marketing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, beauty, or aesthetics sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and influence audiences.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
