Our client is an aesthetic clinic.
They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aesthetics industry, excellent strategic thinking, and a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote clinic services and enhance brand visibility.
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Managing digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email marketing, social media presence, and online advertising.
- Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Collaborating with the clinic team to coordinate events, workshops, and promotional activities to attract new clients.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics and reporting tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers in the aesthetics industry.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor initiatives, and consumer preferences to inform marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, beauty, or aesthetics sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and influence audiences.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
