Job Description
Our clients are a centre for selling fashionable clothing to customers, members, and entrepreneurs nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Learning and increasing knowledge about products effectively.
- Continuously following up to enhance knowledge of new collections and understanding storefront layout according to the brand's style.
- Managing products and inventory, ensuring efficient counting and preventing product loss.
- Providing service and assistance at the storefront, including managing customer complaints and handling product returns or exchanges.
- Supporting the maintenance of the shop floor, assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail or service work. Experience working with a premium brand will be given special consideration.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Being passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Demonstrating the ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
- Being perceptive of customer needs.
Benefits:
- Fixed bonus of 1 month, with additional performance-based bonuses (2-3 months, totaling 3-4 months in bonuses).
