Job Description
Our client is a global end-to-end hospitality technology provider specializing in solutions for small and medium-sized accommodation businesses. They have a local team in 9+ countries including India, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, the USA, and counting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborating with the Revenue Management team.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue potential.
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and revenue projections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
