Job Description

Our client is a global end-to-end hospitality technology provider specializing in solutions for small and medium-sized accommodation businesses. They have a local team in 9+ countries including India, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, the USA, and counting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the Revenue Management team.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and revenue projections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
