Responsibilities:
- Executing the new installation process in strict adherence to the SOP for new installations.
- Responding promptly to troubleshooting cases and following the SOP for complaint handling.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- Implementing special projects, including eLab performance, TIQ con, QC Six Sigma, and turnaround time evaluations, in alignment with the plan for appropriate customers.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Medical Technology, Biological Science, or Biochemistry.
- 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or Post Sales Service.
- Proficient in using computer programs, including the full suite of MS Office 365.
- Proficient in Thai and have a good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Design thinking and initiative.
- Broad knowledge of multi-channel approaches.
