Responsibilities
- Talent Development: Identifying and addressing training and development needs, designing and expanding programs, and developing orientation courses.
- Performance Management: Executing regular performance reviews, tracking performance management cycles, and providing guidance on performance appraisals.
- Competency Management: Overseeing the management of competencies and qualifications.
- Employee Capability Improvement: Developing integrated solutions to enhance employee capabilities and performance.
- Training Delivery: Managing and evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs.
Skill Requirements
- Having experience in HRBP/Training/Recruitment for 1 year or more.
- Having experience in public speaking.
- Good command of English & Chinese (HSK5 or higher).
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
