Job Description
Our client operates a total of 7 factories with over 3,300 employees involved in the production and distribution of various types of food and beverage products nationwide. Their products are well-known and widely accepted by consumers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meeting customer plan objectives for assigned accounts.
- Monitoring daily sales figures against set targets, tracking both sell-in and sell-out for our partners.
- Conducting regular store visits according to the route plan to ensure effective implementation and timely resolution of field operation issues.
- Ensuring compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) at the store level and overseeing regular checks by merchandisers to prevent ageing issues.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food or FMCG sales is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in selling to food service channels.
- Must possess a personal vehicle and be available to work five days a week.
