Responsibilities
Digital Design
- Designing posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (ads, thumbnails, banners) using Canva when needed.
- Creating email templates and content via tools like Mailchimp or Canva.
- Designing visuals for LINE (promotional banners, graphics, stickers).
- Developing graphics for web pages, landing pages, and banners.
Offline Design
- Designing presentations, brochures, and flyers (Canva as needed).
- Creating designs for roll-ups, counters, banners, backdrops, and invitations.
- Conceptualizing branded materials like giveaways, merchandise, and packaging.
Video Production & Animation
Other
- Aligning designs with brand and campaign goals.
- Coordinating with vendors for offline materials and event assets.
- Managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Having 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing or as a Corporate Graphic Designer.
- Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign), basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Squarespace is a plus.
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling abilities.
- Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
