Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers.
They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Retail GTM.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring product launch readiness on time.
- Planning programs (product launches, promotions, in-store activities).
- Monitoring budgets.
- Managing smartphone new product launches.
- Planning retail product launches and ensuring readiness.
- Designing POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
- Planning premium gifts (pre-order, launch, sustenance).
- Planning new product store activities.
- Aligning teams (GTM, Marketing, Retail, Sales, etc.).
- Monitoring store coverage.
- Managing suppliers and purchasing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of working experience in a retail-related business.
- Leadership skills.
- A can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and people management.
- Strong understanding of the retail market environment in the Modern Trade Channel.
- Excellence in English communication (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
