Job Description
Our clients are businesses specializing in the sale of luxurious furniture and premium home and office décor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in implementing and stabilizing the accounting software for efficient use.
- Reviewing and supervising the work of the accounting team (2 team members) and handling accounting operations when needed.
- Managing and monitoring cash flow and creating accurate forecasts.
- Overseeing and maintaining records for fixed assets.
- Preparing quarterly financial reports for management, such as Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
- Closing financial statements is not required, as the company uses an external accounting firm for this task.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Ability to implement accounting software.
- Proven expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, and fixed asset management.
- Strong ability to review and improve team performance while being hands-on with operations.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing a high volume of transactions efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
