Job Description

  • Content Management:

    • Regularly updating website content, including news, promotions, and product announcements, to engage users and keep the site fresh.
  • Updating Product and Model Information on CMS:

    • Adding and managing new product details, specifications, images, and model updates in the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure the website is always current.
  • Digital Marketing Support:

    • Collaborating with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements on the website to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Ensuring Consistency with Corporate Identity (CI):

    • Ensuring all website content, design, and messaging align with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Optimizing User Experience:

    • Monitoring website performance to enhance user experience by improving site navigation, load times, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:

    • Working closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Website Management, or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Thai and English.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing content updates and ensuring consistency with corporate branding.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website design principles; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance tracking is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
