Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategy for real estate and lifestyle projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in promoting sustainable and wellness-focused developments, driving brand growth, and engaging target audiences.
Job Description:
Strategic Leadership:
- Leading marketing efforts, developing strategies, and executing campaigns for lifestyle and real estate projects.
Experience in Real Estate & Lifestyle Marketing:
- Promoting projects with a focus on sustainability, wellness, and active living.
Brand Development:
- Creating and positioning strong brands that resonate with target audiences, especially those seeking balance or an active lifestyle.
Consumer Insight & Market Analysis:
- Segmenting markets, understanding consumer behaviours, and tailoring strategies to meet diverse needs.
Digital & Traditional Marketing:
- Executing integrated campaigns across digital (social media, SEO) and traditional channels (print, events).
Partnership Development:
- Establishing strategic partnerships to enhance project value and drive engagement.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Managing and inspiring a marketing team to achieve successful outcomes.
Creative & Analytical:
- Combining creative concepts with data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns.
Strong Communication Skills:
- Crafting compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
Adaptability & Innovation:
- Adapting to new trends and introducing innovative strategies to meet evolving market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).
- 8+ years of marketing experience in real estate, lifestyle, or related industries.
- Experience in branding, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
