They are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Manager/HR Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the HR strategy, supporting the company’s rapid growth and expansion.

Job Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with a strong background in both start-up and multinational company environments. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be capable of working independently, and be well-versed in HR management (HRM) and strategic manpower planning. This role will focus on scaling the workforce to double its size within 6 months to 1 year while ensuring the company’s HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing all aspects of HRM, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development.
  • Developing and implementing a manpower plan to support the company’s growth, with a focus on doubling the workforce within 6 months to 1 year.
  • Guiding HR strategy and best practices to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to assess HR needs and recommend solutions that support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations, including overseeing the implementation of relevant policies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices to ensure HR functions are efficient and compliant.
  • Overseeing the HR team and working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth organizational operations.
  • Fostering a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Advising and supporting managers on HR issues and providing coaching to leadership on effective people management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in both start-up and multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HRM, manpower planning, and workforce scaling.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent command of business English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a start-up mindset, proactive attitude, and openness to working across other functions.
  • Ability to drive change and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Open to junior manager-level candidates who are active and have a growth mindset.
