Our client is a leading seafood manufacturer.
They are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the HRBP position.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the HR strategy through organizational development, effectiveness, and talent management.
- Working with leaders to deliver the business agenda and champion change, culture, and climate interventions.
- Delivering excellent HR solutions and taking responsibility for total HR service delivery, including data quality.
- Considering the bigger picture by making connections and drawing conclusions about the impact of activities and issues on each other.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR solutions by understanding how the organization works.
- Providing insights on issues, recommending solutions, resolving issues, and developing a long-term partnership role to drive business objectives forward.
- Supporting Thai Union talent processes by educating managers to make objective and fair decisions.
- Coordinating and rolling out internal communication messages.
- Supporting managers and the HRBP team in all organizational effectiveness and analytics activities.
- Communicating ER policies and procedures to all levels of the organization and working closely with the HRBP team to mitigate ER/IR risks.
- Advising on reward and performance management tools and ensuring managers understand how performance management tools enhance performance, and attract, engage, and retain employees.
- Supporting the delivery of, and compliance with, Thai Union HR policies, processes, and local employment/labour legislation for all employees.
- Interacting within and outside the business to ensure cross-Thai Union alignment of all HR activities.
Qualifications:
- University graduate in any related field with strong experience in HRBP/L&D within the manufacturing industry.
- Good to very good English skills.
- Knowledge of HR strategy implementation, talent supply building, organizational development, learning & capability development, performance & rewards, etc.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and change management.
- Able to work in the Samut Sakhon area.
