Job Description
Our client is one of the world's leading real estate service companies, representing clients in the buying, selling, leasing, renting, development, and investment of various property types.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high-quality service delivery and following up with clients.
- Creating, assigning, and communicating work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Resolving issues and providing status reports on work orders.
- Maintaining accurate records of work orders, proposals, and vendor files.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders (PO), and purchase requisitions (PR) with correct cost centre coding.
- Assisting with facility inspections and ensuring compliance.
- Utilizing PC and/or PDA for work order systems, email, and training purposes.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English and Thai.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in financial management, including PO, PR, and invoice processing.
