We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator specializing in inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Implementing and maintaining a robust inventory control system.
- Conducting daily stock counts and performing accurate ERP data entry.
- Allocating stock items to specific jobs with precision.
- Performing monthly inventory reports and stock reconciliation.
- Managing physical inventory counts and investigating discrepancies.
- Maintaining comprehensive material, tool, and product inventory records.
Operational Support
- Ensuring accurate work order documentation.
- Validating stock allocation for each job.
- Troubleshooting and resolving inventory-related challenges.
- Guaranteeing material availability for customer orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of comprehensive experience in Purchasing, Inventory Control, or Export and Import Logistics.
- New graduates are welcome with trainee experience in the logistics field.
- Proven capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (office located in Bangsaothong, Samutprakarn).
- The ability to drive a forklift is an advantage.
