Job Description
Our client is an innovative leader offering high-tech solutions for sheet metal fabrication machinery.
Job responsibility:
- Coordinating with 3rd party warehousing in relation to inbound and outbound shipments.
- Managing shipping order schedules and track the progress of each order to ensure on-time delivery i.e. spare parts and machines.
- Entering goods receipts in the local ERP.
- Managing the Messenger's schedule.
- Managing safety stock levels.
- Conducting inventory stock checks.
- Managing inventory discrepancies and scrapping.
- Performing inventory adjustments in ERP.
- Assisting with returning machine spare parts to Germany and booking credit notes in the local ERP.
- Preparing various monthly reports i.e. inventory.
- Dealing with import customs clearance for spare parts and machines.
- Cooperating with movers regarding machine deliveries and relocation.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and operations.
- Performing any other tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Logistic and Supply Chain or Business Admin, or related.
- At least 1-2 years of experience from working as a Sale Coordinator, Sale Admin, Warehouse & Logistic Admin from the trading or a related industry is a must.
- SAP skills will be an advantage.
- Quick learner, works well under pressure, and patient.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
