Job Description

Our client is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specializing in production within the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and chemicals industries, focusing on manufacturing products according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing all accounting functions, including costing, financial flow analysis, and overall accounting operations.
• Overseeing budgeting processes and performing detailed cost analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Supervising and guiding a team of 20 accounting professionals, fostering a high-performing environment.
• Managing accounting operations for a diverse group of subsidiary companies, including a factory, a hotel, and a bakery business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing industries, preferably OEM.
• Background in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or chemicals is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and taxation.
• CPD license is required.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management, with leadership roles.
