Job Description

Our client is OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) production in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and chemicals industries, focusing on manufacturing products according to customer specifications. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all accounting functions, including costing, financial flow analysis, and overall accounting operations.
• Oversee budgeting processes and perform detailed cost analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Supervise and guide a team of 20 accounting professionals, fostering a high-performing environment.
• Manage accounting operations for a diverse group of subsidiary companies, including a factory, a hotel, and a bakery business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing industries, preferably OEM.
• Background in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or chemicals is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and taxation.
• CPD license is required.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management, with leadership roles.
