Our client is a sports and lifestyle footwear, apparel and accessories company.

Job Scope

  • Directly being responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, Margin and Profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.
  • Guaranteeing consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store following Brand Values and service standards.
  • Being responsible for recruitment, training, development and succession of high-performing, results-driven Associates and Management.
  • Preparing and administering timely and accurate performance appraisals for each member of the store team.
  • Holding each member of the store team accountable for meeting / exceeding company expectations through weekly productivity conversations, daily coaching in the moment, performance recognition, and performance action notices as necessary.
  • Being responsible for ensuring training programs, both Domestic and Global (required per the role), are completed to drive results within the store.
  • Attending Store Manager Meetings as well as all offsite training and position-related meetings as required by the Area/Retail Operations Manager; travel may be required.
  • Analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business.
  • Communicating and providing feedback about the brand, customer feedback, merchandise & market opportunities to line manager and retail top management.
  • Directly being responsible for the execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise. Manage inventory within store within target, work with retail buyer for replenishment and transfer between stores to hit sale target.
  • Communicating, managing and executing all Marketing initiatives according to all Policies & Procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining strong ISC with retail back office team PR, Marketing and VM team.
  • Being responsible for accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk, with proper operation of the POS system, handling forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensuring proper discounts are applied when applicable. Also, responsible for processing employee transactions while adhering to the Associate Discount Policy & Procedure.
  • Ensuring execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds standards.
  • Maintaining the physical condition of the Store according to relevant guidelines and communicating maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

  • 30-38 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum vocational certificate graduation education.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Retail Sales industry preferably in apparel & footwear, fashion.
  • A good command of English is a Must.
  • Having a strong passion & having excellent knowledge in sport & fashion.
  • PC skills, MS Office Knowledge, Outlook, Internet.
  • Having experience in Prism, Retail POS, Power BI and SAP.
