Job Description

Our client is a service provider that supports all types of visa applications and also offers translation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end operations of the VAC while ensuring quality and cost savings, ensuring compliance with set processes, and managing people to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Ensuring the implementation of new process rollouts or changes.
  • Handling customer/applicant queries via email or telephone.
  • Managing cash and bank-related transactions, if assigned.
  • Supporting document and visa processing for customers.
  • Staying up to date with new information on visa regulations and fees.
  • Recording and maintaining all data.
  • Ensuring that processes comply with standard operating procedures.
  • Handling other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Japanese nationality or half-Japanese nationality.
  • Good command of English skills.
  • 4-5 years of experience in customer service or operations.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
