Job Description
Our client is a service provider that supports all types of visa applications and also offers translation services.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end operations of the VAC while ensuring quality and cost savings, ensuring compliance with set processes, and managing people to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Ensuring the implementation of new process rollouts or changes.
- Handling customer/applicant queries via email or telephone.
- Managing cash and bank-related transactions, if assigned.
- Supporting document and visa processing for customers.
- Staying up to date with new information on visa regulations and fees.
- Recording and maintaining all data.
- Ensuring that processes comply with standard operating procedures.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Japanese nationality or half-Japanese nationality.
- Good command of English skills.
- 4-5 years of experience in customer service or operations.
- Experience in team management.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
