Job Description
- Ensuring the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Managing the talent hub through job boards and procuring the right talent for the company by screening resumes and maintaining the database.
- Designing and implementing job descriptions while engaging with potential candidates on social media platforms.
- Contacting, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (new graduates are welcome).
- Experience or internship in recruitment is preferred.
