Job Description:
- Providing first-level support for SAP HANA, SAP Business One (SAP B1), Distribution Management System (DMS), Content Management System (CMS), Insurance applications, Super SaaS, and Stripe.
- Responding promptly to user inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting application-related issues to resolve incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conducting system monitoring to identify potential issues, and analyzing logs and error messages for proactive resolution.
- Assisting end-users with system navigation, functionality, and best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and providing support during application rollouts and updates.
- Documenting incidents, resolutions, and frequently asked questions for the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborating with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues beyond first-level support capabilities.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in application support, IT helpdesk, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Business One (SAP B1), DMS, CMS, Insurance applications, Super SaaS, and Stripe.
Special Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to create documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
