Job Description

Our client is a distributor of leading IT brands, such as mobile phones and accessories.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Apple product service centre and overseeing the quality of service at various branches to ensure compliance with Apple and iStudio standards.
  • Evaluating and controlling the service provided by employees to achieve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Apple Certificate Service Excellence (ACSE) results of at least 80%.
  • Planning training programs for employees on Apple products and customer service systems to ensure that employees can respond to customer needs quickly and accurately.
  • Collaborating in developing strategic plans based on policies received from superiors, aiming to improve processes to meet the set standards and achieve success.
  • Managing and ensuring the proper functioning of the service staff within the branch according to Apple’s standards, with an understanding of the performance capabilities of subordinates. Planning employee training to enhance knowledge of Apple products to achieve work objectives.
  • Developing preventive strategies and providing assistance or guidance in problem-solving, such as handling customer complaints, effectively.
  • Overseeing and managing repair documentation with customers, summarizing reports for development presentations.
  • Collaborating in designing and developing training programs with various departments.
  • Working with the marketing team to plan both online and offline marketing strategies, suggesting promotional campaigns to boost sales at the branch, and presenting marketing plans to supervisors and the marketing department.
  • Inspecting and controlling the audit functions of the branch.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and service management.
  • Experience in both online and offline marketing.
  • Experience with Apple products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of technologies related to the retail business, such as POS systems, stock management systems, and customer management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subordinates effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at a strategic level.
  • Ability to present and improve business processes to increase efficiency and success.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and developing necessary skills.
  • Able to plan and improve work processes to achieve the best results for the business.
  • Responsible and committed to customer service and team development.
  • Proficient in using software, electronic tools, and AI programs.
