Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and communicating with internal stakeholders on the Bank's CS volunteering programs and activities.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders on CS-led ESG meetings/events and managing logistics for the Bank.
- Acting as the point of contact for CS-organized meetings and forums, including reserving meeting rooms, arranging transportation, and coordinating IT and Procurement.
- Taking minutes at key meetings as assigned by the CS Manager.
- Managing the budget for CS projects and activities, and providing administrative support to the Manager, such as processing expense claims, as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with some work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for Windows.
- Strong interpersonal, organizing, and coordination skills.
- Ability to attend external CSR volunteering events (4-5 per year) if required.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Good understanding of English (reading and writing).
