Job Responsibilities
- Developing strategic plans focusing on marketing promotions across all channels, both online and offline.
- Planning marketing budgets and creating promotional strategies and activities, including events and campaigns.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and improving marketing plans to increase sales while evaluating competitors' marketing activities.
- Coordinating with internal and external organizations or other relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in both online and offline marketing.
- Proficiency in using social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in team management and task planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
