Job Description

Our client is a local manufacturer who exports to many countries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality management system to ensure compliance with GHPs, HACCP, BRC, and other quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality system review and assessment plans, following up on corrective processes as required.
  • Summarize reports and prepare presentations for management reviews.
  • Manage internal and external audits, including customer and third-party system certification assessments.
  • Lead the Quality and Food Safety Team to understand and implement relevant regulations and quality principles.
  • Prepare operation plans, review the company's quality management status, and create necessary manuals.
  • Control, store, and manage quality system documents in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with relevant teams.
  • Plan calibration of measuring instruments and oversee calibration result reviews.
  • Monitor environmental factors (e.g., light, noise, air) and ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Support audits and assess the effectiveness of food safety measures like swap tests, vector control, and equipment efficiency.
  • Adhere to the company’s policies, rules, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 35–45 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microtechnology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing industry (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of BRC standards (mandatory).
  • Ability to create reports, manage documents, and communicate in basic English.
  • Willingness to work 6 days per week, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
