Our client is one of Thailand's largest and most innovative rice traders and exporters.
Job Description:
- Dealing with shipping documents, including in-house, government, and outsourced inspector certificates, to ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Monitoring shipments and shipping documents to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborating with the overseas team and supporting their requirements on documents and any issues related to handling shipments.
- Managing the submission of required documents and information to post in the system and ensuring that sales are closed on time without fail.
- Updating the shipment tracker and sales report daily for owned responsibilities.
- Supporting internal clients on any required documents/information related to the scope of the Export Department.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in handling export documents.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong learning ability and a sense of responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the flow and documentation in import/export.
