Job Description

Our client delivers HVAC solutions with sales, service, and support teams operating nationwide, backed by over 600 specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of control/CPMS projects from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project engineering and application, ensuring that project deliverables meet targets in terms of quality, time, and cost.
  • Providing engineering and application support to the project team, from validation, design, and configuration to programming, testing, and commissioning.
  • Performing system architecture/configuration, equipment and materials review, and optimization.
  • Providing point grouping for DDC.
  • Identifying material and equipment requirements during the validation phase.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of engineering submittals, including control write-ups, flow charts, system drawings, testing procedures, and forms.
  • Conducting programming and graphics work following project requirements.
  • Assisting in the testing and commissioning of system equipment.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
  • Ensuring all project software and database files are up to date and backed up to the office server.
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out following the specified quality and EHS standards.
  • Providing Bills of Quantity for projects.
  • Supporting the sales team with any control projects/CPMS proposals.
  • Managing the cost budget allocated for man-hours, ensuring that engineering activities remain within the allocation.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in BMS/BAS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, or any other automation programs.
