Job Responsibilities
- Conducting bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
- Ensuring the financial processes support closing, systems, and controls, and assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Preparing documents for tax filing (PP.30, Input VAT, and Output VAT reports).
- Preparing and supporting Accounts Payable, expenses, and petty cash, and coordinating with the Sales & Marketing team for budget meetings, vendor, and customer reports.
- Updating accounts receivable, performing reconciliations, and preparing AR ageing reports.
- Registering fixed assets and performing physical asset checks.
- Working with the local auditor for year-end closing and coordinating necessary banking procedures.
- Performing other duties or special projects as assigned or directed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in full accounting functions with a strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in industries with warehouses is a plus.
- Fair command of English, capable of handling documentation and basic conversations.
- Experience in using SAP is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail.
- Good adaptability and quick response, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
