Our client is well-known in the electronic parts industry.
Responsibilities
- Conducting pre-shipment inspections for final products, evaluating product quality from safety, performance, compliance, appearance, and packaging, ensuring the products have no significant quality issues before shipment, and providing reports on time.
- Handling the feedback of quality information to QC supervisor/manager timely and support to prepare the quality documents.
- When requested by QA and agreed by the QC supervisor, support QA to conduct on-site product quality evaluation, and tests in vendors.
- Resolving the quality issues together with vendors.
- Correcting actions onsite follow-up for complaints from customers, verifying the effectiveness, and working together with QA to drive vendor quality improvement.
- Assisting QA with sample review, and verifying the QC form. Update QC form when needed.
- Finishing other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field or related fields.
- Over 6 years of working experience in quality & compliance related fields
- Knowledge of QC processes such as AQL.
- Be able to read engineering drawings.
- Capable of analytical and problem-solving skills, systematically identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
- Capable of communication skills with different functional teams and vendors.
- Good command of English.
- Conscientious, self-disciplined, self-motivated, open-minded, and willing to learn different new knowledge.
- Strong adaptability under high pressure and be flexible for changes.
- Willing to travel frequently. Available to travel work at Chonburi, Rayong (Pluak Daeng), and Samut Sakhon (Krathum Baen).
- Available to work on Saturday.
