Job Description
- Creating and designing new drinks and cocktails.
- Preparing drinks according to customer orders.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Managing stock levels and ensuring proper maintenance of bar equipment.
- Supervising and managing bar staff, including daily stock report preparation.
- Working 6 days a week with Mondays off.
- *Convenient commute (Sukhumvit 49 / Thonglor BTS).
Qualifications
- Thai national.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel/restaurant industry as a Head Bartender.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the hotel/restaurant industry as a Bartender.
- Knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Able to communicate in English (for international customers).
- Good personality, leadership skills, responsible, and passion for customer service.
