Job Description
- Creating Artwork / Key Visuals according to adhoc.
- Handling customer Services campaign.
- Creating artwork and promotion material for customer services marketing campaigns, part promotion etc. for Automotive Brand Thailand and supporting individual dealer campaigns according to company standards and corporate identity 70%.
- Monitoring Service Center Communication to comply with Automotive Brand CI 30%.
- Monitoring Service Center individual Key visual according to Car and advise all service centres in case the KV is not in compliance with the policy.
- Supporting Key Visual for any internal customer services activities eg. After-Sales Summit Service Center Forum, Customer Services Dealer Meetings, etc.
- Having af luent knowledge in PC and artwork creation.
- Knowing to use Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Having good Communication skills in English.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the communication sector or equal position.
- Experience in creating artwork and communication material for Point of Sales and A/W production.
- A knowledge of communication material process.
- Experience in Marketing processes in the brand and corporate brand identities.
- Affinity for digital media.
