PRTR is now hiring a Senior Network Engineer to be a part of the Global Network Team.

The position requires good technical networking for Palo Alto and Cisco products as key essentials. Good fluency in command English is a must because you need to work across countries in the US, Europe, and Asia. it is also requires a team player and good communication as well on top of your Networking expertise. This role allows you to work from home and work from the office just optional.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing changes to data and voice networks, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, and Security.
• Researching new technologies that may be useful in meeting the company's strategic goals.
• Planning and maintaining hardware, software, and cabling related to the company’s network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, WAN optimizers, wireless access points and servers.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining complex networks.
• Optimizing network performance, bandwidth and QoS.
• Ensuring high availability for mission-critical applications and services, including VoIP, Teams, Terminal Services and applications supporting the business units.
• Documenting projects and architecture.
• Securing and protecting the network infrastructure and network resources from unauthorized access.
• Maintaining and enhancing the company's voice, video and collaboration system, Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams & Teams Video room systems.
• Developing and implementing enterprise infrastructure designs.
• Automating processes & tasks.
• Lead International projects & meetings.
• Acting for the continuous improvement of the network, the processes and the team.
