Job Description

Our client provides after-sales services and support to automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for programming and debugging PLC (Omron) systems.
  • Being able to read EPLAN electrical drawings and familiar with regular component symbols on the drawings.
  • Being able to wire according to electrical drawings, such as sensor, relay, etc.
  • Being proficient in Omron CJ and NJ/NX series configuration and programming, with knowledge of Ethernet/IP, RS232, and RS485 communication protocols.
  • Having skills in Mitsubishi IQ series programming and knowledge about CC-LINK and SSCNET/H communication protocols.
  • Having experience in commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting on running machines.
  • Being familiar with Mitsubishi, SMC, IAI, and Oriental motor servo motor and step motor.
  • Being knowledgeable in Keyence and Cognex vision sensors and scanners.
  • Being familiar with pneumatic control and basic knowledge of hydraulic system control.
  • Having some knowledge of robot control, including Fanuc, EPSON, KUKA, and Mitsubishi.
  • Communicating with customers and team members to understand requirements and resolve project-related issues.
  • Completing other work assigned by the leaders. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in automation design or commissioning.
  • Proficient in English or Mandarin communication skills.
  • Able to configure and debug control systems to ensure proper operation.
  • Solve problems during debugging and improve system efficiency.
  • Promptly diagnose and fix machine issues, providing technical support.
  • Update and upgrade existing programs to improve efficiency and reliability.
