Job Description

Our client is a Global leader in consumer product manufacturing. 

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for handling all financial and accounting tasks, ensuring legal compliance in this sector and supporting the management with correct and timely reporting.
• Handling tax-related matters as well as all BOI-related tasks.
• Being responsible for internal process control, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and accurately booked per the financial accounting standards as well as the company policies.
• Handling all transactions and bookings according to financial accounting standards, Thai laws and company policies (including but not limited to GL, AR, AP, tax and costing).
• Handling cash management: daily cash disposition, incl. cash forecast and supplier payment management.
• Preparing regular financial reports, e.g. balance sheet, P&L statement, and cash flow (local and Group reports).
• Preparing all necessary reports for the local authorities.
• Handling fixed assets booking and management.
• Being responsible for liaising with the banks, e.g. account creation & closure, annual check, prepare the monthly bank reconciliation report.
• Leading internal and external financial auditing.
• Handling all BOI-related tasks.
• Ensuring correct tax declaration, payment and calculation at a later stage. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate or above, majored in accounting or finance or related fields.
• At least 5 years of related working experience in a similar function.
• Solid knowledge of overall accounting, finance, controlling and tax aspects.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Thai financial and accounting regulations.
• ERP system (experience with SAP is preferred).
