Role Summary
Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of HR-related functions. Responsible for recruitment, internal training, employee assessments, attendance and payroll, employee data management, and implementing HR policies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment and liaising with external recruitment service providers.
- Overseeing employee data management, attendance tracking, payroll calculation, benefits, income tax, and social contributions.
- Conducting assessments, including probationary evaluations, transfer assessments, and qualification reviews, with regular reporting.
- Developing and implementing the annual internal and external training plan, and monitor outcomes.
- Working with all departments to maintain manpower planning and forecasting.
- Assisting in developing competitive compensation and benefits plans.
- Performing general HR and administration tasks.
- Reporting all HR matters to the MD.
- Handling other tasks assigned by the MD.

- Recruitment period and probation passing rate.
- Employee turnover rate.
- Accuracy and timeliness of payroll and reports.
- Legal compliance across all HR matters.

Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- Experience
- Minimum of five years in a related HR role.
- Languages
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Computer Skills
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
