Role Overview
Lead a team within the procurement department, focusing on strategic sourcing and supplier management to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure high-quality materials and services. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing supplier selection, performance evaluation, and relationship management.

Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
