Job Purpose

Lead sourcing activities for new and existing products to support rapid business growth, optimize costs, and enhance material forecasting for sales trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing sourcing strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create accurate forecasts and long-term demand planning strategies.
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels, analyze performance, and recommend adjustments to minimize costs.
• Identifying and onboarding suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.
• Preparing reports on sourcing activities, leading large-scale projects, and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
• Working with teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle and align with operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10+ years in demand planning or supply chain coordination, preferably in heavy machine for Construction/ Retail/ Agriculture business.
• Experience in team management and able to lead the function and work across teams. 
• Proficient in demand planning software and ERP systems, Good English communication Level. 
• Strong connection in related business. 
• Strong analytical, good communication skills in Thai and English, Proactive and Challenging.
