Job Description
Our client is the oldest specializing in flavours and fragrances manufacturer in Japan that has been dealing with scent.
Job Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and overall AP/AR.
- Preparing for taxation (able to get support from an accounting firm).
- Maintaining company fixed assets list.
- Creating Monthly Accounts Payable to Vendors and Bank Reconciliation.
- Coordinating with the accounting firm about monthly and yearly closing.
- Coordinating with overseas branches.
- Managing company car.
- Handling office management.
- Managing VISA and work permit with an outsource company.
- Managing payroll tasks with an outsourcing company.
- Managing office rules.
- Taking care of reimbursement.
- Being in charge of recruitment, new staff onboard orientation
- Handling other tasks assigned by the MD (Japanese).
Qualifications
- 28-38 years old. Thai only.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field is a must.
- At least 5 years experience in Accounting AP/AR, Fix assets, etc. and Admin function from Trading, Manufacturing or related industry is a must.
- Strong background in MS Office especially in Excel.
- Able to do and support month-end closing is a plus.
- Person who is willing to do admin and HR tasks.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Familiar to direct reports with a foreign or international company.
- Working 5 days/week near BTS Phahol24.
