Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Managing performance evaluation processes and recommending improvement initiatives.
- Identifying talent gaps and establishing succession planning frameworks.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborating with department heads to address workforce planning needs.
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR development or a related role.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
