Work from home 100% (remotely)
**Must stay in a province (not in Bangkok) such as: Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket, Huahin, Korat, Khonkaen etc.
Job details
- Facilitate customer onboarding.
- Understand client issues and resolve them promptly.
- Address client concerns through Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Remote software.
- Follow policies and procedures when interacting with clients and provide information.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain detailed records of daily communications and resolved issues.
Requirements
- Open to any gender and age.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-3 years experiences in hospitality industry/tech support, customer service, or related.
- Good command of English.
- Good computer knowledge.
