Job Description

Our client is a global hospitality technology provider specializing in solutions for hotels, restaurants, booking engines, and more. 

Work from home 100% (remotely) 

**Must stay in a province (not in Bangkok) such as: Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket, Huahin, Korat, Khonkaen etc.

Job details

  • Facilitate customer onboarding.
  • Understand client issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Address client concerns through Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Remote software.
  • Follow policies and procedures when interacting with clients and provide information.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily communications and resolved issues.

Requirements

  • Open to any gender and age. 
  • Bachelor's degree in any field. 
  • 2-3 years experiences in hospitality industry/tech support, customer service, or related. 
  • Good command of English. 
  • Good computer knowledge.
