Our client is one of the leading automotive parts manufacturers in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Quality team’s daily operations, coordinating closely with the Operations team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Mentoring team members set clear objectives, and track performance metrics to align with organizational goals.
- Reviewing product inspections to approve or reject items, and guide corrective actions as needed.
- Maintaining direct communication with suppliers to address quality concerns.
- Preparing and completing the reports, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure resolution.
- Working cross-functionally with teams to effectively resolve product quality issues.
- Driving ongoing improvements to enhance product, process, and supplier quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of quality management experience, ideally within the rubber or plastic industry preferred
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Skilled in quality control tools and metrics, with strong leadership and communication abilities.
