Job Description

Our client is one of the leading automotive parts manufacturers in Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Quality team’s daily operations, coordinating closely with the Operations team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Mentoring team members set clear objectives, and track performance metrics to align with organizational goals.
  • Reviewing product inspections to approve or reject items, and guide corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintaining direct communication with suppliers to address quality concerns.
  • Preparing and completing the reports, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure resolution.
  • Working cross-functionally with teams to effectively resolve product quality issues.
  • Driving ongoing improvements to enhance product, process, and supplier quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of quality management experience, ideally within the rubber or plastic industry preferred 
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Skilled in quality control tools and metrics, with strong leadership and communication abilities.
