We seek an experienced and dynamic APAC Training Lead to drive key corporate training programs' design, development, and delivery. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and productivity of sales teams across the APAC region, aligning training with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001, ISO51000). The APAC Training Lead will work closely with regional and global teams, reporting primarily to the Senior Sales Director, with a secondary line to the HR Manager.

 

This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for corporate training and development, extensive travel across the APAC region, and the potential to expand into manufacturing-related training in the future.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Program Development and Management

  • Designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs aligned with corporate and sales objectives.
  • Ensuring all training courses comply with international standards (ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001, ISO51000).
  • Conducting continuous improvement to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.

2. Coordination and Collaboration

  • Collaborating closely with regional sales organizations to assess real-time challenges and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Facilitating smooth coordination with corporate training teams in the HQ and other regions to align APAC programs with global standards.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs across departments.

3. Training Delivery

  • Undergoing training at the Regional Headquarters to gain a deep understanding of sales operations.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions—both online and onsite—for sales teams across the APAC region.
  • Managing and facilitate workshops for leadership development, lean systems, safety programs, and international standards.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of training and adjust content based on participant feedback and learning outcomes.

4. Continuous Improvement and Future Scope

  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in corporate learning and development.
  • Collecting feedback from participants and regional stakeholders to enhance program quality.
  • Preparing for potential future involvement in manufacturing training programs or development functions.

5. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certifications.
  • Preparing detailed reports on program outcomes and metrics for senior management.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate training and development, with a focus on sales training or leadership programs.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001, ISO51000).
  • Experience in both in-person and virtual training delivery.
  • Being proficient in project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Certification in corporate training or development is a plus.
