Job Description

- Setup, manage, and monitor Windows based Servers in HyperV environment and backup.
- Setup, configure and manage company desktop PC, notebooks, and printers.
- Provide tier 1 to tier 2 end user support on IT hardware and software issues and O365 support.
- Maintain software and hardware assets records.
- Maintain network equipment and wireless network in the warehouse
- Tracking IT expenditures for software and hardware purchases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 year of experience in Windows Server administration related fields.
  • Experience in Hyper-V environment and Windows Server 2016 - 2022 administration.
  • Experience in IT Support for HP LaserJet and Zebra Label Printers
  • Windows Server administration and Wireless Networking administration experience
  • Good communication in English. (must have)
