Job Description
Human Resources Management
- Recruiting and screening potential employees with the right skills and attitude aligned with the organization's goals, using diverse and suitable recruitment methods.
- Analyzing and strategising human resources management for efficient operation in line with the organization's policies.
- Communicating with employees, build trust, and lead by example, in line with the company culture.
- Supervising and ensuring compliance with company regulations, while aligning with relevant laws, and prioritising the organization's best interests.
- Organizing employee training, and orientation, and providing specialized training courses appropriate for the staff.
- Managing and developing systems for operational efficiency.
Recruitment
- Determine the appropriate workforce for each department in alignment with departmental goals.
Labor Law
- Oversee, monitor, and update company regulations following legal requirements, provide employee benefits for motivation, and manage employment contracts, and relevant documentation.
- Negotiate, mediate, and resolve disputes between employees and the company.
Payroll and Compensation
- Supervise and verify monthly payroll reports and handle document submissions and coordination with external agencies (e.g., Social Security, Revenue Department, Ministry of Labor, banks, etc.).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management at a supervisory level.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Solid knowledge and experience in labour relations and labour law.
- Ability to manage HRM and HRD in line with company policies.
- Proactive and results-driven.
- Positive attitude, patience, diligence, and ability to work efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
