Job Description
- Providing support to users by troubleshooting BPC-related issues and delivering effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate project tasks and ensure successful completion of objectives and goals.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between IT and other business units, facilitating communication and alignment on processes and data flow.
- Collecting and maintaining business processes associated with BPC or other systems, ensuring regular updates from relevant departments.
- Conducting impact analysis of data imports/exports within the organization related to BPC operations.
- Analyzing business processes to identify relationships, prioritize tasks, and create an effective workflow.
- Planning and designing the organization's data structure, ensuring optimal connections and usage across various departments.
- Creating and managing BPC data structures, and assigning data ownership and user access rights to ensure accountability.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of business processes by integrating BPC to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with BPC systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) working with SAP BI/BW.
- Expertise in SAP BPC – Planning and Consolidation.
- Ability to design and implement business processes, with a focus on BPC functions and features.
- Basic understanding of accounting practices.
- Experience supporting BPC operations and providing user support.
