Job Summary

The Plant Controller will oversee financial controlling activities for the Manufacturing plant, ensuring accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, business planning, transfer pricing management, and SAP improvements. This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance financial performance and compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with guidelines during month-end closing and reporting, including MARS.
• Developing and updating monthly closing and reporting schedules.
• Analyzing financial data, propose corrective actions, and follow up on reviews.
• Supporting business planning by establishing internal KPI targets and coordinating with related departments.
• Managing transfer pricing processes and ensuring compliance with regional tax laws.
• Identifying improvements in SAP processes and support related projects.
• Leading the training processes for new controlling employees and following up on internal audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost centre controlling, and SAP (PS, CO, FI).
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
