Job Responsibilities

• Account Payable (AP)
  • Preparing AP ageing report.
  • Preparing payment plans for proper and timely management and balance that follows the structure and billing conditions of the company.
  • Preparing billing based on company conditions.
• Purchase VAT
  • Preparing and inputting VAT reports compared with G/L in SAP.
  • Supporting submitted in the Revenue Department System.
• Withholding Tax
  • Preparing Withholding Tax reports compared with G/L in SAP.
  • Supporting submitted in the Revenue Department System.
• Fixed Asset Report and BOI Report
  • Preparing Fixed Asset Register report compared with G/L in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting/ Financial.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Good command of English.
• Familiar with SAP and input reports in English.
• Detail-oriented and honest.
• Must be able to work on Monday – Friday and 2-3 Saturdays per month (depending on calendar).
• Certified CPD is a plus.
